Based in Brooklyn, Creative Renovations was incorporated in 2000 but can trace its roots all the way back to 1980. Throughout the years since its founding, owner and president Sam Ahmad has amassed a team of outstanding architects and contractors who have left their mark on the streets of Manhattan. Today, the beauty and craftsmanship that is consistent in every Creative Renovations project can be found in commercial and residential spaces, both large and small, throughout New York. According to Mr. Ahmad, the mission of Creative Renovations is to “beautify New York one space at a time for generations to come.” This mission is fulfilled not only through its renovations in residential and commercial spaces, but also its renovations of major landmarks. Many historic Brooklyn brownstone landmarks have benefitted greatly from the keen talents of the Creative Renovations team. The preservation of these landmarks is an important facet of the company’s operations and mission.
