CURATION!
All items listed on Chairish are pre-screened by our team of sharp-eyed curators to be sure Chairish’s inventory meets our high style standards. In other words, you’ll only see fabulous stuff. Dorm room IKEA futons need not apply.
FULL SERVICE!
Once an item sells, Chairish orchestrates shipping the item from the seller to the buyer. You can pick your purchase up in person if you like, but we’re here to do the heavy lifting (literally) if you need it (and most folks do).
TRUST!
When shoppers receive their Chairish purchase, they have two days to let us know if they want to return it. Sellers aren’t paid until this return window has passed. This gives our shoppers time to confirm that their purchase is as described online and ensures sellers represent their goods accurately. Our return rate is less than 2% (versus an industry average of 10%+), so this symbiotic approach works for our community.
