Joseph A. Cavalcante, CPA, is the managing partner. Mr. Cavalcante has extensive experience with co-ops and condos, other real estate entities, closely held businesses, estate and gift taxation, and taxation for businesses and individuals. Indicative of the confidence Mr. Cavalcante has gained from his clients he is often asked to serve as an executor or trustee. Clients often ask for recommendations of attorneys, investment advisors and money managers.

Joseph A. Cavalcante, CPA, is a graduate of the Bernard M. Baruch College and continues his professional education in auditing, accounting and taxation.

Robert Schindler, CPA, CFF is the audit partner at Cavalcante & Company. Mr. Schindler has extensive and diverse auditing and financial reporting experience that includes, among others, common interest realty associations, manufacturers, professional firms and employee benefit plans. He is certified in financial forensics and has performed consulting services in forensic and investigatory engagements for attorneys and private investigators and has testified as an expert witness in federal, state and arbitration legal proceedings. He speaks frequently to professional and community organizations on a wide-range of topics including current issues in financial and forensic accounting and internal control for commercial and non-profit entities.

Mr. Schindler is a graduate of the City University of New York and continues his professional education in auditing, accounting and taxation.
