Fradkin & McAlpin Architects is a 15-person architecture and design firm practicing for over 20 years in NYC. We consider ourselves a boutique firm with large firm capabilities, as we are able to manage large, intricate, and complex projects while providing personalized attention.
Our residential experience includes work on townhouses and apartments, as well as private houses outside of the city. We love working with and adapting older structures, addressing deficiencies in the building and making modifications to suit the owner’s needs, while looking for opportunities to retain and complement the building’s original features with something new. We have extensive experience with the NYC Department of Buildings and the Landmarks Preservation Commission, and we have relationships with a wide range of qualified consultants and contractors, enabling us to put together the perfect team for your project.
