it was actually at the end of this street that i met my friend the sanitation employee, hard at work in his pristine leisure suit and sunglasses on a friday at 5pm. but these photos are fantastic, this area is amazing for taking photos at sunset.
Not to leave out the crazy cooks and trannies
In addition to being a great photographer Mr. Kessinger is a top notch film programmer. Last year he programmed the documentaries for the Brooklyn International Film Festival. I was lucky enough to see all of them and was incredibly impressed. I think he is programming the whole shebang this year so I expect it to be illuminating.
The most civilized and interesting people in cities are often urban adventurers/photographers.
> there’s lots of crazy nooks and crannies in nyc
Not to mention all the crazy crooks and nannies…
i always find these kinds of photos really cool but a lot of urban adventurers get pissy when others of their kind post pictures on the internet and give out locations, thus ruining it for future people who might want to explore the place. there’s lots of crazy nooks and crannies in nyc
