The big rental building that has been rising on the site of what was once a gas station at 456 Grand Street near the BQE just started leasing, Curbed reported. MNS is handling rentals for the 52-unit building, previously known as Triangle Court, and now called 456 Grand Street.
First up are 13 units consisting mostly of one- and two-bedrooms. There’s a studio for $2,225, one-bedrooms from $3,175, two-bedrooms from $4,325, and one three-bedroom apartment that is asking $6,000 a month. Both the lot and the building have a funky shape, leading to some interesting (and sometimes triangular) floor plans.
The units have oak floors, granite counters, gray cabinets, Grohe faucets and stainless steel Whirlpool appliances. In addition to the usual amenities such as a gym and bike parking, there are also two roof terraces. Solar panels power the common spaces.
We’ve included more photos of the interiors and floor plans after the jump. What do you think of it?
