The bulk of the building’s units are studios and one-bedrooms; listings on the site show a couple of 471-square-foot studios priced at $329,000, and a couple 600-square-foot one-bedrooms asking $436,000. A press release informs about the amenities: “a fitness center, a landscaped and furnished common terrace, on-site parking, private storage facilities and bike storage. Oh great, another crappy building full of overpriced studio apartments, maybe you can buy two of them so you can have a bedroom and a living room. With any luck for buyers the prices will keep dropping like everything else in the area and then maybe they’ll do a deal, like buy one get one. I thought the point of living in Brooklyn was to avoid living in apartments like this. Honestly, you can find a place like this in Manhattan, at a better price too!
Saw the apts today way too small and way over priced
$726 per sf foot for a closet that’s BS
Yes the finishes are nice but why would anyone pay WAY over market price and in the end still have to sleep on a couch because there is no room for a real bed
Bottom line: Location Good
Prices are way way out of line
Finishes seem nice
Layouts are F****ckin ridiculously non ergonomic
Let me know when the units are around $600 per square foot and I will consider it
compared to most hospitals, this is really homey…
Looks OK, but very very small……………Good for a first time move out from parents house……
