On a side note, there’s another listing in the building. This two-bedroom onthe second floor is asking $699,000. You can check it out at the open house on Sunday from 12 to 2 pm.

I went to see this rental last week. The previous owners told me they’d recently sold it to a relative who was now going to sublet it. No idea what the sale price was.
If rental value is approx. $3200…then what is sale value?
