Warren Lewis, the longtime independent broker in Park Slope, has been acquired. The buyer was Aroza Sanjana, who has another real estate firm called Atlantic Realty Partners located at 563 Atlantic Avenue. “I am excited about marrying our new development marketing background with this terrific Warren Lewis team to create the top independent broker,” said Ms. Sanjana. “As a REBNY broker we are going to be able to use our skills to represent both Sellers and Buyers.” Marc Garstein, Warren Lewis’ founder, will remain in a consulting capacity at the firm. The Warren Lewis office will be expanding to a second floor this spring.
Yea, they’ll have to honestly co-broke to all the lazy agents who never had a listing of their own and never will.
Warren Lewis is already on two floors – their rental office is upstairs. Good to see them becoming a member of REBNY; now they will have to honestly co-broke their listings, instead of on a case-by-case basis and at less than a 50/50 split.
