That was quick. After just a month on the market, six of the nine units at 174 Clermont Avenue, aka The Solis, are spoken for, according to a press release that went out yesterday. (A cross-check with StreetEasy shows only five units in contract but the difference is likely attributed to a time lag in updating.) Regardless, this looks pretty bullish from where we sit, especially since the prices on some of these were north of $700 a foot.

has anyone seen these units? I’m curious, though i’m not a huge fan of that block.
They should have named this place Solaris and played creepy futuristic russian music during open houses.
By the way, why are the vents underneath the windows 3rd down on the right different than all of the others? 1 black thing instead of 2. Hmmm…
The Brooklyn market is on a healthy upswing. Not crazy, but the increase in transactions is significant. Let’s see if this has legs.
