Here we go again! The Post reports that the triplex in Dumbo’s Clocktower building is coming back on the market, this time asking $23.5 million rather than the $25 million it was first listed for a couple years ago. The Real Deal notes that if it sells, it “is still potentially Brooklyn’s priciest ever by a landslide.”

  1. being done with this weak broker instead of more appropriate Karen Heyman because they will put on t.v…… if you knew how much it cost to create this unit you’d know why price is what it is….. gotta hope somebody really wants it and a few units have gotten 1200 a foot in bklyn, and will get more in two years, so 2500 not impossible for trophy units

  2. Walentes is really dreaming, they are over pricing this apartment and i dont know why. No one will ever pay this much for this little space in brooklyn. This is not madison ave. They can bring moses back and hire jesus to do the showings and this will never sell. Good Luck Kleirs. The daughters are super cute though….
