They think shaving off $1.5mm will make a huge difference to somebody with that kind of wealth? If qualified buyers didn’t want it at $25mm they won’t want it at $23.5mm.
Walentes is really dreaming, they are over pricing this apartment and i dont know why. No one will ever pay this much for this little space in brooklyn. This is not madison ave.
