Josh Lamstein, a venture capitalist, gets his heart set on a triplex brownstone condo in Fort Greene and then proceeds to gets jerked around by a feet-dragging developer. The tenacious buyer holds on for a year, finally closing, but not without some collateral damage: Turns out the couch surfing and uncertainty was too much for his fashion designer wife, so now it’s just Josh and his new wheaten terrier occupying what must be 2,500 to 3,000 square feet of space.

Josh if you are reading this, we hope you like the nabe a lot! We are happy you hung on and waited for your place. It looks really nice. I saw it b4 it was completed and the roof deck was stunning as were the finishes. You got a bargain compared to what the price would be now!!

who needs a spouse when there are wheaten terriers?!
