Columbia Commons, the new 42-unit development at 110 Warren Street in the Columbia Waterfront District, received its TCO earlier this week. As a result, closings and move-ins can begin. Given that more than half the units are in contract, that means there’s some work to be done! The remaining one- and two-bedroom units range in size from 609 to 838 square feet and in price from $420,000 to $685,000.
