Yesterday The Post ran an article about Kent Avenue in Williamsburg that follows the familiar story line about how much the waterfront has been built up in the past several years. There’s an anecdote about buyers who discover that the area is cheaper than Tribeca and another about people who say they like living there even though they’re not hipsters. There are also updates on sales and rentals in the various new developments, which we’ve rounded up in the chart above. Most of the condos profiled in the story are selling for more than $700 a foot, according to their marketers.
