IMHO, it was a nice, well-priced to begin with, 2 bedroom in a good location. That it has only 1 bathroom and is, if I recall, a walk-up, accounts for the fact that it was priced at $710k in the first place, rather than in the mid-$900s, which is usually the minimum price at which most Brooklyn Heights 2-bedrooms are listed.

Anybody know the peak comp?
***Bid half off peak comps***
I looked at a few apts in this building and they are nice with alot of character and on a great block. But this apt for 670k with a tiny bathroom and a kitchen that needs a remodeling not too sure about that…
they forgot to factor in the price of the parking spot.
actually, closer to 6% off than 5% off.
Take those bozos who priced this at 443k and i bet the widget was close.
dibs, maybe someone moved from a charmless box(with their gains) from the UWS/UES.
Yes, this of course mst have been a hedge fund guy or an IB that makes $25MM a year. Not. It was most likely a first time home buyer.
