The enormous luxury rental development at 53 Broadway near the water in south Williamsburg is more than 65 percent leased out after only three weeks, said developer and owner Adam America. Most of the renters (75 percent) are moving from Manhattan. Of the building’s 75 units, 25 are still available. Of those, prices start at $2,704 for a one-bedroom or at $4,216 for a two-bedroom.

When we last wrote about this development, only floor plans were available. Click through to the jump to see photos of the interior. Units have stainless steel appliances from Fisher & Paykel, Summit and Kitchen Aid with Kohler undermounted sinks and faucets. Bathroom fixtures are by Kohler and Grohe. The building has a game room with billiards, a library lounge and a communal work area with free WiFi. Aptsandlofts.com is handling leasing and marketing for the building.

“We truly believed in this location as Williamsburg’s next hot spot,” said Adam America co-founder Omri Sachs in a press release. “A key philosophy of our development strategy is to seek out and invest in properties in neighborhoods on the verge of a major boom.”

Despite all the restaurants and lofts nearby, and the teeming Hasidic community just to the south, this part of Broadway has a sleepy, out-of-the-way feel. Do you think this development will change that?
