Interesting how having one extra bathroom brings a 2 BR co-op up another $50K-100K in value. There are a few 2 BR 1 BA co-ops in Park Slope priced under $600K now. Having 2 baths is ideal of course, but paying $100K more for it, wow.
Am I nuts or did the Henry Street property sell for a ton less than it was listed for? I seem to remember something like 1.2 million originally.
