  1. 279 Prospect Park West is the old paint factory that was converted into condos. They’re very nice but…ocean view? If you stand on the roof of my building (on the opposite corner) you can certainly see either the harbor or Coney island (I think.) But I wouldn’t call it an ocean view, even from a fourth floor window.

  2. The geography of real estate!

    That “Windsor Terrace” one is about at the Prospect Expressway. May be able to see the harbor from there, from upstairs on a clear day, when the leaves have fallen.

    Calling 21st Street “Park Slope” is ridiculous (it may not be far from the Windsor Terrace place, but the other side of the Prospect, I bet).
