My bad, wrong building and wrong Ave…too much reno and development to keep track of. HUGE building, double wide…still right off Fourth, but I’d think a good rental investment, since it’s near the 25th St. stop on the R line. Up-in-coming?
Greenwood Hts:
Um, $945K for a house that’s 1 house away from the Gowanus Expressway?
We saw the reno in action (on drive bys), must be a flip.
Gimme me a break! Anyone know more about this place?
