  1. The Lefferts Ave. apartment is in PLG but NOT Lefferts Manor–the giveaway, even if you don’t know the LM boundaries, is that it’s an APARTMENT.

    It seems so strange to me that it sold for $240 below the asking price–what an odd amount to negotiate.
