If it’s 35 deep, then it’s only 3000 sq feet total. That’s not that big. Makes it $550 a square foot. Seems pretty standard for Adelphi.
Isn’t this house (362 Adelphi) kinda cheap given that it’s so big? I thought this was the going rate for the more modest-sized brownstones– like 19/20′ wide.
