  1. Yawn. The Midwood house is actually in South Midwood, which is part of Victorian Flatbush, not Midwood. It is one of the original Victorian Flatbush developements and was marked under that name.

    That said, this is a high price for a house in this part of Victorian Flatbush, although it does have a particularly large lot. Pool is nice, but the exterior has suffered from some serious alterations over the year. No curb appeal, but interior is nice and great yard.
