That is a good yellow. Not too “citrus”, not too warm either. It’s buttery.
Does anyone know what that yellow paint color is?
According to the archive, if this is the same unit (which I think it is considering the photo), then the listing price went up 50K since posted in March. Doesn’t it make more sense for the broker to show a larger positive change than a smaller negative when posting these sales numbers?
