3:34 – I’ve been looking at that neighborhood for months now. I am interested in if you or someone else could expand on that view of prospect heights. I have to say, in the last month or so, demand has completely dried up. Very low attendance at open houses and interest from those outside normal transactions done by people who already live there, i.e. young families trading up and such.
The listings seem to imply that sellers are still asking for prices based on unrealistic “back in the heyday of 06” appreciation. My gut tells me most will wait it out until prices catch back up to their expectations. Why the comment about AY though? Worried about parking and congestion or construction?
The Prospect Heights property will be worthless after AY is built. Someone’s gonna lose their shirt on this one.
Correct. It used to be listed by Harbor View.
i looked at 199 clinton in late january when it was listed at $995k.
not exactly “listed at $875,000, 8 weeks on market.”
