We love this five-bedroom, two-bath triplex in Park Slope, which is both beautiful and expensive. There aren’t any kitchen or bathroom photos, but the listing says it has a “well-appointed galley kitchen.”

The double parlor, formal dining room and kitchen are all on the same floor. There are tons of original details, including five decorative fireplaces, built-in cabinetry, parquet floors, a coffered ceiling in the dining room, pocket doors and marble sinks and original cabinetry in the passthroughs.

There is also laundry in the apartment and a shared garden. Do you think it will rent quickly for $11,000 a month?

  1. Basically for 11g you live above the guitar playing owner. The master bath on the second floor is an entertaining nightmare. All guests entertained in the ever so lovely parlor need to access bathroom through the master bedroom – party nightmare or the guests can walk up to the top floor bath which by the way is not so nice hence the lack of photos. Kitchen—-The kitchen cabinets have been painted over so many times it often takes two or three hands to open them. Galley kitchen seems an appropriate description if you are equating this kitchen to a 727 airplane —all of which are now inoperable. The faucets all leak the toilets need service and wear shoes at all times the nails in the floor are killer. The beautiful stairwell is a parents nightmare…. Huge drop from the top 2 levels and all of the wood on the bannister is unstable. I will say the storage is amazing!!!
