I wouldn’t called sandwiched….sounds silly. Extremely convenient location to all. Very large for floor-thru apartment and looks great. Block does seem more intimate and neighborly than most.
This is an incredible deal for the amount of space, and the location is fabulous – at the nexus of the best neighborhoods in Brooklyn, and you have BAM, Barclay’s and access to nearly every train within a 5 minute walk. It doesn’t get better than that, folks. I have been on this block for several years and I LOVE it. People actually know their neighbors. It’s like friggin Sesame Street. Cay – your comments are soooo outdated – would have been relevant about 5 years ago. This area has changed quite a bit with two mega luxury condo projects are going up on 3rd Ave – right next to the projects (for better or worse). This is a steal.
