This two-bedroom condo for rent near the Crown Heights/Prospect Heights border looks decent and is in a convenient spot on Classon Avenue. It’s in an old brick building that was enlarged and converted to condos about seven years ago, and this unit has some exposed brick, including the outlines of an old fireplace.
The 756-square-foot pad comes with some typical condo amenities, including a locked storage unit, gym and an elevator. There’s also central air and a washer/dryer hookup.
It’s only a few blocks from the Franklin Avenue and Eastern Parkway subway stops, as well as the Brooklyn Museum and the Botanic Gardens. The ground floor has a new jazz and blues club, which might be a drawback for someone on the second floor. Do you think $2,700 a month sounds about right?

Its well done and $2,700 is a good price for a 2 in the area but in the low to mid 3s you get at least 1,000 sq ft. THAT is the difference. 756 for a 2 is small.
