The Permastone wall in the living room and the cabinets with the Formica in the kitchen give this Park Slope Victorian a distinctly ’70s feel. The design choices might not suit everyone, but the two-bedroom is well located two blocks from the park in prime Park Slope.
The individual rooms are decently sized, although the apartment isn’t huge for a two-bedroom. Most crucially, the only access to the second bedroom and the bathroom appears to be through the first. Perhaps a temporary dividing wall could be thrown up to make a hall. What do you think of it for $2,700 a month?

Nice 1BR+. The pictures show a crib, but this is not a 2BR apt. Great location, where $2700 is not unreasonable for a 1BR+.
