This four-bedroom pad near the Crown Heights/Prospect Heights border seems perfect for roommates looking to split a reasonably priced apartment. The pictures seem to show that not all of the bedrooms are equally sized, as the broker claims, but there’s one large room and three smaller ones that look similar in size. The kitchen and bathroom seem to be in good shape too. Rent is $3,650, or $912.50 per bedroom. What do you think?
