There are only two rooms, but they’re grand, with lots of original Italianate-style details, including elaborate ceiling moldings, high arched doorways and two decorative marble mantels. The bathroom and kitchen are both recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer hookup….

The bathroom and kitchen are both recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer hookup. Now for the catch: It’s furnished, including “linens, towels, pillows, pots and pans, and silverware,” although the landlords say they can remove some furniture and other items if the renter prefers. Utilities are included.
What are your thoughts on it for $2,800 a month?

Very nice. Really need a second job to afford it though. I wouldn’t mind commuting from Georgia to New York eight times a year. I know someone will snatch that one. Excellent price.
