Rental of the Day: 441 Greene Avenue

This three-bedroom, two-bath garden duplex in Bed Stuy is huge and full of prewar charm. There are nice original details on the walls and ceilings and a large eat-in kitchen with a pantry and mudroom.

The 1,800-square-foot pad also has spacious bedrooms and a private backyard. We’re liking the high ceilings and tall windows too. The kitchen looks serviceable, from what we can see, and there are no photos of the bathrooms.

It’s close to the G train but a rather long walk from the A/C trains at Nostrand or the C at Franklin. What do you think of it for $3,200 a month?
