This is really the perfect home for a family. But also the perfect home for a couple who haven’t started a family yet, but are thinking about it. In fact, this is just plain simple the perfect home!

Went to this home for a party once, great location on a beautiful tree-lined block. Couple had two kids, seemed like a great place for a small family. Couldn’t see the backyard at night, but the inside was well done plus finished basement.
