The configuration might be a difficult setup for roommates because the second bedroom is nursery or office-sized. On the plus side, it’s only a block from the F/G/R trains at 4th Avenue and 9th Street. What’s your opinion of it for $3,200 a month?

Yeah the street noise in that area would be intolerable, especially since the changes at 4th/Atlantic/Flatbush turned 3rd Av into the primary BQE backup.
GMAP link is wrong. At that location, there better be “sound-deafening” windows. That location even just LOOKS noisy. And kind of ugly. The apartment itself seems pretty good. Pick it up and move it to a sidestreet.
