This three-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo seems a bit pricey for Nostrand Avenue in Crown Heights, but at least it’s newly renovated. The listing says it’s 910 square feet, and all of the bedrooms appear to be at least big enough to fit a queen size bed. There aren’t any photos of the kitchen because it’s being renovated. It’s three blocks from the A and C trains at Nostrand and Fulton. For $2,950 a month, what do you make of it?

I haven’t kept up on rental prices in the area, but this feels insane. It’s not particularly big, or in a nice convenient area. Maybe if it was right by Franklin Ave. closer to Eastern Pkwy, but this? Maybe hoping for Williamsburg escapees who are used to these sorts of prices.
I have a nice two bedroom I rent a few blocks from this location for less than $1,400. It’s shared by two roommates. I guess my apartment is underpriced???
