Here’s a loft-y looking two-bedroom in the Skytrack condos (a converted warehouse) in Boerum Hill. The first-floor pad has an enclosed terrace, a new bathroom, a washer/dryer and a combined living-dining-kitchen area that seems to go on and on.

The kitchen is not going to win any design awards, but there are plenty of cabinets and a dishwasher. One drawback is that the second bedroom looks small. There’s also an additional sleeping (or storage) loft. Do you think it’s worth $3,995 a month?
