income restricted co-op – i wonder if the restrictions trickle down to potential tenants.
DH, you’re right this is an income restricted coop, but there are no income restrictions required for potential renters. Similar to most coops, there is a restriction on how long it can be rented, 2 years, but this can be avoided by the owner paying an additional fee to the coop board after the 2 year period has passed..
