  1. i own a 1 family house in bay ridge that i bought a year ago for 670k and my taxes are 3400 dollars a year. the park slope house sells for 1.7 million is a 2 family and the taxes are lower then my house (3000 dollars}. i know bay ridge was historically accessed higher house values but how long can this inequity continue?
