  1. Conselyea St. is NOT East Williamsburg, sheesh it’s a block form the Lorimer stop……have the borders begun to creep the other way when i wasn’t looking? You couldn’t officially call the nabe East Willy B until at least Grand St.

  2. well it is a corcoran listing, what they call a 2 bedroom may be a shoe box, regardless the price seems right @ 500 sq. ft apts down there can get around the 700/sq st mark if they are hihg end…
