I guess I think the more listing sites the better -IF they have their own niche. I love one called Propertymaps.com which has a google maps/mls tool that saves me a ton of time. This is what I mean with their own “niche.” So I will be interested to see what property sharks has to offer.
…I just hope it’s comprehensive, including all known listings. One shark shopping.
This is great news. There’s no room for a mediocre player but property shark already has the inside track. It’s a brownstoner tool for crying out loud.
i guess it’s possible that all of their property data could make the listings more useful in some way.
