Real estate data site Property Shark is looking to compete with sites like ResidentialNYC and StreetEasy. Starting this September, Property Shark is going to introduce residential listings, according to an article in Crain’s. New York City-centric sites like StreetEasy and REBNY’s ResidentialNYC both say they’re growing.   1. I guess I think the more listing sites the better -IF they have their own niche. I love one called Propertymaps.com which has a google maps/mls tool that saves me a ton of time. This is what I mean with their own “niche.” So I will be interested to see what property sharks has to offer.
