Checking In On 161 Adelphi

Work still appears to be going on at 161 Adelphi Street, site of the new condo conversion called The Norwood. That hasn’t appeared to get in the way of the sales process though. According to StreetEasy, two of the eight units have already closed and another three are in contract. Prices are all over the place, ranging from $360,000 for a 636-square-foot one-bedroom to $550,000 for a 579-square-foot one-bedroom. Two of the three remaining units received meaningful price cuts though earlier this month, so someone must want to put this baby to bed. Has anyone checked this out? We were admiring the original wood frame around the front door when we cycled past earlier this week.
