The mixed-use building on the corner of 4th Avenue and Douglass Street in Park Slope at 149 4th Avenue has sold for $2.1 million in an all-cash deal, according to TerraCRG, which brokered the sale. The four-story walkup has six units, 5,940 square feet, and an additional 4,655 square feet of available air rights. It currently houses Australian pub Sheep Station. Across the street is new rental building The Arias Park Slope. “New residential developments like the Arias and the anticipation of the Barclays Center opening next month has noticeably drawn new investors’ attention to the area. The demand has therefore increased,” said TerraCRG Partner and Senior Vice President Adam Hess. The buyer, whose name was not disclosed, is an investment banker with at least two other properties in the area.
