Open House Picks Six Months Later: Above Ask in Carroll Gardens

A Place-block house in Carroll Gardens house sold for a bit above asking. It was not exactly dripping with details but had a very appealing renovation.

Three out of four properties sold — including new construction in Crown Heights. But two of the four sold for slightly below the asking prices. They definitely lacked the charm of the Carroll Gardens house. Perhaps they were priced a little aggressively for their location and condition?
