Open House Picks: Six Months Later

I’m really surprised about the 8th street not selling and the 12th street going so close to ask. Nobody wants to do work on a house these days, though i really can’t blame them. 12th street needed a young first time homebuyer – if i was a betting man i’d say they found one. WT will take a miracle, but hey they seem to be happening every day. CG did a nice price chop to get the deal done. Aside from WT I would never have called this outcome.
