Yes it will be, I love those houses. The 2 neighbors sold at asking so I bet they got close to ask. Considering what they paid for them only 3 years ago they really made a tidy profit.
also has amazing views of the city skyline and the harbor. Plus a garage, which after all this snow sounds damn good right about now
