179 wyckoff was purchased for $1.8 a few months ago. At least do a little work on it if want to turn around and make some money. Don’t just try to get a quick 50% return just because you have access to lot of cash and get a property from unsuspecting seller. Asking almost 1000 sq for place needing lot of work and across from projects
even in Boerum Hill is being greedy. Perhaps a house with more character on landmark block but not this one.
I don’t know. That doesn’t seem to be too far from market rate for a house like that in that area. The $1.8 million was a bargain.
