128 Willow for one and a half million? Could this possibly be what the market is dictating? I don’t see any special amenities for this apartment that would warrant such a price for 1600 sf. I live nearby, and haven’t been aware of such crazy figures. Anyone have some comparisons. (I should sell my own place, if this is what they’re getting).
The Willow Street listing is not a FSBO.
Nope, 100 is still land lease. We looked at the apartment and really liked it but not enough to buy with land lease.
I was under the impression that 100 Remsen was on a land-lease and thus, no tax deductibility on the mortgage? Maybe things have changed?
Prospect Place looks expensive for a 1 BR but I guess it is probably the whole parlor florr.
