Is it just me, or does 517 Vanderbilt seem a little over-priced at 975k, considering the size – looks like a tight fit as a two family.

“kind of disgusting, no?”
No…not “disgusting.” Just looks sloppy and unnecessary. Unfortunate oversight, in my opinion.
the vanderbilt house is near a very quiet entrance to the prospect expressway for a very quick whisk to manhattan.
lincoln place seems near perfect. i might have sacrificed the WIC to have the 2nd bedroom not have to shower in the master or go upstairs, but that’s a small gripe; kids can easily walk upstairs.
Apropos 104-110 Lincoln Place: no poltergeist, just a crack house across the street.
21st St broker description of kitchen: “Enjoy your own Brooklyn Fare.”
i just threw up a little in my mouth.
what’s with the 21st street kitchen? there’s all kinds of crap stored under the cabinets (on the floor)–there seems to be so much storage–kind of disgusting, no?
1.150 right off of 4th ave? funny how sometimes people think a place is overpriced and I think it isn’t, then at others people think a place is reasonable and I think it’s a stretch….
Yes, like 21st too. But wondering why they left all of those pots and pans and things under that long counter that appears to have tons of storage. Odd oversight for the photo, no?
