can everyone get over the ditmas park thing and accept that the usage has changed? someone always seems to correct it every time even though everyone knows the meaning.
dylanfan, Streeteasy shows that at one point the ask had gone down to $1.5M before being delisted and then relisted at $1.675M. I think the market has reflated enough that if they’d relisted at $1.5M they could have found a buyer this time around.

I miss the good old Bubble Days.
Reality isn’t half as much fun.
Sorry, not Fiske Terrace, it’s Midwood Park.
West Midwood is west of the subway cut, this is east. It’s Fiske Terrace, or better yet, just Flatbush.

the “Ditmas Park” house is in West Midwood. Or you could just call it Flatbush, the larger area that contains these historic sub-neighborhoods.
Washington Avenue has been for sale at that price since at least 2008. Nice place, but very narrow.
re: Clinton Hill… you meant to say “Still listed for $1,675,000”
