Open House Picks: Six Months Later

Where do you get your info? Occasionally, you list a place as “sold for $x” or “in contract”, and I can’t find the info anywhere. For example, a month ago, you had 854 park place as sold in February for $775,000; if so, it’s never hit public records. You had 384 4th street as in contract, but I can’t find it listed or sold anywhere. And in this list, you have 459 8th street as in contract, I have it off market, and 304 11th street as sold for $1,037,500, nothing in Acris.
What am I missing?
