Its a typo…hopefully it will be fixed before we get a thread full of people commenting on the misprint!
In any event, I saw the house, it was nice though small and on a busy street. In that nabe, $540 a very fair price.

Wasn’t Bedford Av. the subject of a recent NYTimes article? According to that, it went for something in $500s.
Bedford Ave closed for $540 according to Mary Kay’s site and Streeteasy. Not $669 as shown above.
$89 K ABOVE asking price for that So. Midwood house!
Bedford Av went for 15%+ over ask.
